Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience
  • At least three (3) years must be at an Assistant Director level within the HR Provisioning or related field

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and provisioning for both Employment of Educators Act and Public Service Act personnel
  • Support and oversee the Post Provisioning Norms (PPN) process for educators
  • Lead the implementation of recruitment and selection strategies to ensure departmental staffing needs are met
  • Maintain and analyze personnel statistics to support HR planning and reporting
  • Manage organizational staff movements, including transfers and secondments
  • Provide technical costing and inputs for the Compensation of Employees (CoE) budgeting processes
  • Monitor and advise on HR provisioning policies and procedural compliance
  • Ensure alignment with national and provincial HR policy frameworks across the schooling system.
