Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and manage the delivery of integrated corporate services within the district office
- Oversee the provision of ICT management services to ensure technological support for district operations
- Manage Human Resource Management and Development (HRM&D) functions, including personnel administration and capacity building
- Supervise Labour Relations to ensure a stable and compliant working environment
- Direct records management and auxiliary services to maintain administrative integrity
- Coordinate and facilitate district-wide security services to protect departmental assets and personnel
- Ensure rigorous compliance with national and provincial policy frameworks across all corporate service domains.
