Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage the delivery of integrated corporate services within the district office
  • Oversee the provision of ICT management services to ensure technological support for district operations
  • Manage Human Resource Management and Development (HRM&D) functions, including personnel administration and capacity building
  • Supervise Labour Relations to ensure a stable and compliant working environment
  • Direct records management and auxiliary services to maintain administrative integrity
  • Coordinate and facilitate district-wide security services to protect departmental assets and personnel
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with national and provincial policy frameworks across all corporate service domains.
