Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and manage the Contract Management sub-directorate within Supply Chain Management
- Develop and implement contract administration services, including monitoring and reporting on amendments and variations
- Evaluate and process applications for price adjustments, contract cancellations, and penalty clause invocations
- Facilitate dispute resolution by ensuring all legal and administrative documentation is prepared for mediation or litigation
- Monitor supplier compliance to ensure delivery of goods/services meets the 'Seven Rights' (Right time, quantity, product, place, condition, quality, and price)
- Manage administrative functions including HR, performance management, and disciplinary procedures for the sub-directorate
- Coordinate and review contract variations, addenda, and adjustments for executive approval
- Maintain ethical supplier relationships while ensuring strict adherence to the PFMA and Treasury Regulations
