Requirements
- Minimum of five (05) years' experience in Systems Development or IT environment
- Minimum of three (03) years' experience at Assistant Director or Junior Management level
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the development and maintenance of software applications ensuring alignment with evolving technological standards and user requirements
- Establish and implement structured change management frameworks and protocols for existing system users
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and software licensing in coordination with SITA and external IT vendors
- Formulate and implement comprehensive policies, standards, norms, and guidelines for applications and information systems
- Maintain a rigorous record management system for all application development and maintenance activities
- Exercise full management oversight of unit staff including performance and development
- Ensure the consistent provision and uptime of applications and information systems for all departmental employees
