• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation in alignment with established methodologies
• Execute and adapt project work plans to meet evolving operational requirements subject to approval
• Identify resource requirements and delegate individual responsibilities to ensure project milestones are met
• Manage day-to-day operational scope and enforce project standards to mitigate technical and financial risks
• Facilitate project accounting by managing budgets, resources, and progress reporting in consultation with senior management
• Administer tender processes and provide technical input for procurement and contract management
• Maintain comprehensive record management systems and architectural libraries for project compliance
• Conduct research and development on emerging technologies and project management methodologies to ensure industry alignment
