  • Advanced knowledge of community development values, skills, and ethical practices
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex community development structures and stakeholder groups
  • High-level facilitation, presentation, and mobilization skills
  • Strong understanding of social dynamics and the legislative framework governing development

  • Basic financial management skills for project oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify, facilitate, and implement integrated community development interventions in direct partnership with local stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various role players and government entities to establish sustainable partnerships for long-term community growth
  • Provide essential administrative and technical support for community development projects and related activities
  • Actively promote self-empowerment ventures by influencing and mobilizing individuals and community groups
  • Conduct community-based research to identify social needs and evaluate the impact of developmental actions
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to enhance community knowledge of social systems and human behavior
  • Monitor the financial health and basic financial management of community-led development structures
  • Stay informed on global and local development trends to continuously improve provincial service delivery
