Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify, facilitate, and implement integrated community development interventions in direct partnership with local stakeholders
- Collaborate with various role players and government entities to establish sustainable partnerships for long-term community growth
- Provide essential administrative and technical support for community development projects and related activities
- Actively promote self-empowerment ventures by influencing and mobilizing individuals and community groups
- Conduct community-based research to identify social needs and evaluate the impact of developmental actions
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to enhance community knowledge of social systems and human behavior
- Monitor the financial health and basic financial management of community-led development structures
- Stay informed on global and local development trends to continuously improve provincial service delivery
