- Advanced clinical knowledge of Psychiatry Nursing Science

- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage complex clinical administrative tasks
- Understanding of Infection Control procedures and healthcare standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate the implementation of the Mental Health Care Act within professional and legal frameworks
- Facilitate the development of operational and business plans to provide strategic guidelines for mental health services
- Provide professional and technical support to district hospitals for 72-hour assessment services and designated regional/tertiary facilities
- Strengthen Forensic Mental Health Care by monitoring periods for awaiting trial detainees and managing state patient discharge processes
- Coordinate training and development implementation for nursing staff within the mental health sector
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs, guidelines, protocols, and standards
- Utilize IT and management information systems to enhance clinical data management and service delivery
- Manage human, financial, and material resources in accordance with relevant directives and legislation
- Liaise with the Mental Health Review Board and other multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Maintain standards of nursing practices to improve the healthcare status of mental health users.
