- Possession of an Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDP) certificate
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Formulate, review, and evaluate HRD policies and directives to optimize departmental skills programs
- Coordinate the department-wide rollout of training initiatives to ensure a high-performance workforce
- Implement DPSA Skills Audit Methodology to identify and bridge technical and behavioral competency gaps
- Execute quality assurance protocols on training interventions to ensure return on investment (ROI)
- Direct unit resources and manage staff performance and discipline to maintain service standards
