Minimum Qualification

3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (NQF 6/7) in Information Technology

Experience Required

3 years in ICT Infrastructure in Network and Server Infrastructure Management

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Expertise in Wired and Wireless network services (Cisco, Huawei)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux server environments
  • Knowledge of mobile data communications and cloud-based virtual platforms
  • Skills in incident and change management
  • Advanced project management, planning, and coordination abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication for technical reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in ICT network infrastructure management

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design, plan, and configure ICT infrastructure architecture including LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks
  • Manage ICT operations and maintenance, including server, storage, and virtual platforms
  • Coordinate departmental ICT security policies, standards, and governance architectures
  • Lead ICT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
  • Manage VOIP architecture and corporate IP Telephony (IPT) solutions
  • Oversee ICT project management and stakeholder engagement
