Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of learner social support policies, strategies, and operational manuals
- Direct the National School Nutrition Programme (NSNP) to ensure food security for learners
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of scholar transport services across the province
- Manage education psychological services and learner guidance programmes
- Oversee in-school sports, arts, and cultural activities to promote holistic learner development
- Coordinate special projects including the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) within the education sector
- Manage the sub-branch's financial, human, and physical resources to ensure efficient service delivery
- Drive innovation in social support services to improve learner retention and well-being
