  • Lead the strategy for educator recruitment and massify development through institutional networks
  • Oversee the induction programs for newly appointed educators entering the workforce
  • Direct research initiatives to design targeted training and development modules for teachers
  • Manage the provincial Continuous Professional Teacher Development (CPTD) point system
  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) within schools
  • Drive service delivery innovation and change management within teacher development branches
  • Manage financial, human, and knowledge resources of the Chief Directorate
