Experience Required

Requirements

Ten (10) years' post-qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and lead technical services in both field and workshop environments
  • Provide high-level quality assurance for all technical specifications
  • Oversee the maintenance of technical infrastructure and servicing of all equipment
  • Facilitate and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance
  • Manage administrative functions including technical operational plans and database updates
  • Provide strategic input into the budgeting process and monitor expenditure trends
  • Manage human resources through coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews (PMDS)
  • Develop work plans and identify staff training needs
  • Maintain expertise by researching new engineering/technical technologies
