Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and lead technical services in both field and workshop environments
- Provide high-level quality assurance for all technical specifications
- Oversee the maintenance of technical infrastructure and servicing of all equipment
- Facilitate and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance
- Manage administrative functions including technical operational plans and database updates
- Provide strategic input into the budgeting process and monitor expenditure trends
- Manage human resources through coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews (PMDS)
- Develop work plans and identify staff training needs
- Maintain expertise by researching new engineering/technical technologies
