Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide technical support in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure projects
- Conduct technical site assessments to inform project designs and address engineering challenges
- Develop cost-effective engineering plans and solutions that comply with industry standards
- Evaluate and update technical manuals, business plans, and procedures to incorporate emerging technologies
- Facilitate the development and implementation of energy plans and evaluate bid specifications
- Monitor project expenditure, service delivery, and program performance reporting
- Supervise engineering work and assist in the professional training and development of junior technical staff
- Perform administrative resource management including budget planning, procurement, and personnel administration
