Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Nursing Administration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of holistic, specialized nursing care in ICU, Theatre, and CSSD units
- Maintain quality care standards and oversee the maintenance of National Core Standards and Ideal Hospital Framework
- Supervise staff performance and ensure cost-effective, efficient patient care delivery
- Manage infection control and prevention practices across all staff levels, including support and cleaning services
- Implement and monitor health care delivery policies, clinical guidelines, and operational plans
- Execute disciplinary codes and grievance procedures up to the required management level
- Manage clinical data and ensure effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Maintain professional ethics and ensure compliance with legal frameworks within the specialty units.
