Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Departmental Workforce Plan and Employment Equity (EE) Plan
  • Facilitate HR forecasting to ensure staffing levels align with the long-term organizational strategy
  • Maintain and develop a comprehensive HR data bank for statistical analysis and reporting
  • Provide expert advisory services to line managers regarding workforce capacity and staff utilization
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to provide recommendations on organizational capacity requirements
  • Manage statutory reporting requirements related to HR planning and EE compliance
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to align HR supply with departmental demand.
