Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Departmental Workforce Plan and Employment Equity (EE) Plan
- Facilitate HR forecasting to ensure staffing levels align with the long-term organizational strategy
- Maintain and develop a comprehensive HR data bank for statistical analysis and reporting
- Provide expert advisory services to line managers regarding workforce capacity and staff utilization
- Conduct research and benchmarking to provide recommendations on organizational capacity requirements
- Manage statutory reporting requirements related to HR planning and EE compliance
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to align HR supply with departmental demand.
