Experience Required

5 years in Public Service Transformation and Service Delivery

Requirements

3 - 5 years' experience at a supervisory level in Transformation, Service Delivery Improvement, or a related public service field.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and implement Departmental and Provincial Transformation programmes
  • Lead service delivery improvement initiatives and oversee customer care standards within the district
  • Manage the coordination of Provincial and District-level events and outreach activities
  • Facilitate district planning sessions and ensure alignment with provincial strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate district performance, providing detailed reporting on service delivery targets
  • Oversee the implementation of Batho Pele principles across all district service points.
