Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for LOGIS (Logistical Information System) users
- Manage and coordinate comprehensive training programs for LOGIS and BAS (Basic Accounting System) users across the department
- Oversee and manage internal financial systems audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Monitor system access and security levels in accordance with Treasury regulations
- Identify system bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for financial processing workflows
- Liaise with Provincial Treasury on system updates, patches, and user-profile management
- Ensure that the departmental 'schooling system' financial data remains synchronized and audited.
