Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies
- Manage and oversee departmental outreach programmes and community-based engagements
- Facilitate and maintain sustainable partnerships with NPOs, NGOs, CBOs, and FBOs
- Support executive communication and liaison initiatives between the Department and the public
- Coordinate technical inputs for stakeholder-related performance reporting
- Manage the human and financial resources of the Division
- Act as a liaison between the Department and various spheres of government (Local, Provincial, National)
- Ensure departmental presence and representation at community forums
- Resolve stakeholder conflicts and manage public enquiries professionally
