Experience Required

5 Years (3 Years at Management Level) in Systems Development and IT Management

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the development and maintenance of software applications ensuring alignment with evolving technological standards and user requirements
  • Establish and implement structured change management frameworks and protocols for existing system users
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and software licensing in coordination with SITA and external IT vendors
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive policies, standards, norms, and guidelines for applications and information systems
  • Maintain a rigorous record management system for all application development and maintenance activities
  • Exercise full management oversight of unit staff including performance and development
  • Ensure the consistent provision and uptime of applications and information systems for all departmental employees
