Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive secretariat support to departmental committees and executive forums
- Coordinate high-level committee logistics, including venue sourcing and stakeholder notification
- Manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle: agenda setting, minute taking, and resolution tracking
- Implement and maintain robust office administration systems and digital/physical records
- Direct the flow of sensitive documentation to ensure timeous executive decision-making
- Manage the human and financial resources of the Division in line with the PFMA
- Act as the primary administrative liaison for senior management and external stakeholders
- Ensure all committee proceedings adhere to the Public Service regulatory framework
- Monitor the implementation of meeting resolutions and provide progress reports to leadership
