- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Computer literacy
- Valid PSIRA Grade B Certificate.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive Security Policies and operational plans for the health facility
- Gather intelligence and conduct detailed Security Threat Risk Assessments (STRA)
- Coordinate and ensure the institution's overall preparedness for security-related emergencies
- Manage the prevention, immediate response, and post-incident reporting of all security breaches
- Secure and protect personnel, core clinical business operations, sensitive information, and the institution's reputation
- Coordinate and maintain positive public and government relations concerning security matters
- Ensure compliance with national safety and security standards.
