Minimum Qualification

National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management/Development, Public Management, or Public Administration as recognized by SAQA.

Experience Required

3 years in Human Resource Management (Supervisory Level)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Facilitate and lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, appointment, and probation processes for the department
  • Monitor and oversee the maintenance of the PERSAL Staff Establishment and organizational structure
  • Manage the capturing and updating of employee personal information on the PERSAL system
  • Coordinate personnel movements including transfers, secondments, grade progressions, and translations
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of the Human Resource Plan and Employment Equity Plan
  • Oversee the management of HR information systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
