Experience Required
3 years in Human Resource Management (Supervisory Level)

Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Human Resource Management at a supervisory level
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Technical proficiency in the PERSAL system with valid certification.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Facilitate and lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, appointment, and probation processes for the department
- Monitor and oversee the maintenance of the PERSAL Staff Establishment and organizational structure
- Manage the capturing and updating of employee personal information on the PERSAL system
- Coordinate personnel movements including transfers, secondments, grade progressions, and translations
- Facilitate the development and implementation of the Human Resource Plan and Employment Equity Plan
- Oversee the management of HR information systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
