Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate capacity-building training programs across Free State Provincial Government departments
- Draft and compile provincial instruction notes, implementation guidelines, and standard operating procedure manuals
- Adapt and implement National Treasury prescripts within the provincial framework
- Consolidate and verify Key Control Matrix (KCM) assessments and reports for allocated departments and entities
- Perform technical evaluations of asset and liability line items to ensure alignment with National and Provincial norms
- Assess new financial systems for regulatory adherence prior to deployment
- Audit and maintain institutional delegations and financial management information records
- Oversee and facilitate successful banking arrangements and provincial account structures
- Manage sub-divisional resources including personnel and budget to ensure operational excellence
- Verify financial data accuracy to promote credible accounting information for audit readiness
