Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and update the Immovable Asset Register for health facilities
- Facilitate the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings in coordination with the Department of Public Works
- Conduct deeds searches to validate land ownership prior to infrastructure planning
- Implement measures to prevent illegal occupation and ensure site cleanliness
- Monitor the condition and maintenance of vacant sites allocated to the Department of Health
- Develop and implement guidelines for the efficient use of utilities (water, electricity) at facilities
- Train facility staff on utility management and monitoring systems
- Analyze utility usage data and propose interventions to reduce consumption and costs
- Compile progress reports on facility utilization and asset status
