Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience
  • At least three (3) years must be at lower management or supervisory level (Salary Level 7/8) within Organizational Development or Job Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design, maintain, and review departmental organizational structures to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Facilitate the development, review, and redesign of job descriptions and profiles across the department
  • Coordinate and execute job analysis and job evaluation (JE) processes using prescribed systems (e.g., Evaluate)
  • Conduct workload analysis to determine optimal Post Provisioning Norms (PPN)
  • Align office accommodation and physical resources with the approved organizational structure
  • Facilitate Organizational Functionality Assessments (OFA) to identify and address structural or functional gaps in the department.
