Assess and monitor municipal budgets regarding revenue and expenditure management., Compile comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual in-year monitoring (IYM) assessments., Evaluate MFMA implementation against established frameworks and provincial norms., Provide technical assistance, research, and support to municipalities on financial standards., Facilitate training sessions and coordinate Intergovernmental Relations (IGR) functions., Conduct regular municipal visits and perform detailed budget analysis.
