Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate the development, review, and execution of Departmental Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and policies
  • Establish and maintain digital knowledge repositories and the KM Portal to facilitate data sharing
  • Conduct Knowledge Management Maturity Assessments and audits to identify gaps in organizational learning
  • Foster Communities of Practice (CoP) and engage stakeholders to promote a culture of knowledge sharing
  • Perform user needs assessments to improve information accessibility
  • Monitor, evaluate, and produce quarterly performance reports on KM compliance for executive management.
