Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and drive the implementation of departmental anti-corruption strategies and ethics programs
  • Oversee the annual financial and gift disclosure process for all designated departmental staff
  • Manage and monitor applications for Remunerative Work Outside the Public Service (RWOPS) to prevent conflicts of interest
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Department and external security/law enforcement agencies
  • Conduct ethics awareness sessions to promote an organizational culture of integrity
  • Analyze ethics-related data to identify vulnerabilities within the provincial schooling system
  • Supervise the performance and development of subordinates within the integrity unit.
