Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience
- At least three (3) years must be at lower management or supervisory level (Salary Level 7/8) within the HR environment
- Compulsory PERSAL Introductory Certificate.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate conditions of service for both Educators and Public Service staff
- Oversee the management of various leave types (Annual, Sick, Special, PILIR)
- Manage the end-to-end termination of service processes (Retirement, Resignations, etc.)
- Supervise the implementation and payment of housing, service, and other allowances according to national directives
- Provide technical guidance to line managers and staff on HR policies and DPSA directives
- Serve as a PERSAL authorizer for HR transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance with departmental delegations.
