Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the provisioning and recruitment of personnel under both the Employment of Educators Act and the Public Service Act
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the district
  • Oversee the maintenance and analysis of personnel statistical information
  • Supervise and facilitate staff transfers and secondments for both educators and public service staff
  • Ensure strict compliance with departmental and national HR policies, legislative frameworks, and directives
  • Act as a technical advisor to line managers and employees on HR matters
  • Approve and authorize HR transactions on the PERSAL system in accordance with established delegations.
