Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and facilitate the management of departmental archives and records disposal processes
  • Conduct compliance inspections for general and personnel records management at district offices and institutions
  • Supervise and oversee the rendering of messenger and courier service duties
  • Ensure the systematic maintenance, retrieval, and safekeeping of all departmental records
  • Facilitate the coordination and optimization of registry services
