Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience
- At least three (3) years must be at lower management or supervisory level (Salary Level 7/8) within Gender Empowerment, Social Development, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute policies and strategies that promote the empowerment of women, youth, and persons with disabilities
- Coordinate Gender Equality and Women Empowerment programs throughout the provincial education sector
- Lead mainstreaming initiatives to ensure disability and youth considerations are integrated into all departmental functions
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of GDY (Gender, Disability, and Youth) issues to ensure organizational compliance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve the integration of socio-economic projects
- Manage time-bound advocacy campaigns, including environmental awareness and women-in-sector initiatives.
