Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience
- At least three (3) years must be at lower management or supervisory level (Salary Level 7/8) within Fleet Management or Logistics.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Facilitate and oversee the effective management of the government-owned vehicle fleet
- Coordinate the administration and compliance of the subsidized vehicle scheme for eligible officials
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and logbook compliance to prevent misuse
- Manage the procurement, licensing, and disposal of departmental vehicles
- Facilitate the investigation of vehicle accidents and processing of insurance or state liability claims
- Ensure that fleet operations effectively support the provincial schooling system's logistical needs
- Supervise the performance and development of staff within the fleet unit.
