Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain strict compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, and departmental financial policies
- Lead the implementation of robust financial administration and accounting processes
- Direct the management of financial information systems and general accounting services
- Oversee the verification and processing of financial documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Manage and monitor financial deductions and payroll-related accounting functions
- Coordinate internal financial reporting and support the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
- Provide supervisory leadership to the finance team and manage departmental deadlines effectively.
