Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and provide effective labor dispute resolution services within the department
- Implement remedial and preventative strategies to mitigate labor unrest and industrial action
- Oversee and facilitate the formal investigation process into alleged misconduct cases
- Represent the department and facilitate collective bargaining processes
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive records and information systems for all labor relations activities
- Formulate policies and guidelines in alignment with the Public Service framework
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Relations Act (LRA), BCEA, and PSCBC/PHSDSBC resolutions.
