Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Employee Health & Wellness

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate the implementation of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and health productivity management frameworks
  • Facilitate professional guidance and interventions to manage workplace stress and pressure
  • Provide and oversee counseling and support services for employees on diverse work-related and psychosocial matters
  • Promote a culture of wellness and mental health awareness within the provincial schooling system
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of wellness interventions on employee productivity
  • Manage cases of incapacity or psychosocial distress in line with Public Service wellness pillars.
