Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience at supervisory or Junior Management level (Salary Level 7-10)

- Practical experience with LOGIS or similar government procurement systems
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and ensure effective procurement planning aligned with Departmental strategic objectives
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process including bidding and quotations
- Promote and maintain effective supplier and stakeholder relationship management
- Monitor compliance with SCM legislative frameworks and instruction notes
- Supervise staff within the Demand and Acquisition units and manage performance
- Facilitate high-level presentations and compile detailed technical SCM reports
