Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate departmental conduct management in strict compliance with disciplinary codes and procedures
- Oversee the implementation of misconduct investigations and disciplinary processes across the province
- Facilitate the convening and scheduling of formal disciplinary hearings
- Provide expert technical advice to line managers on complex disciplinary and misconduct matters
- Establish and maintain constructive partnerships with recognized Labour Unions and external stakeholders
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and timeframes are met in the handling of labor-related cases
- Monitor the schooling system's adherence to fair labor practices and provincial directives.
