Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and facilitate departmental conduct management in strict compliance with disciplinary codes and procedures
  • Oversee the implementation of misconduct investigations and disciplinary processes across the province
  • Facilitate the convening and scheduling of formal disciplinary hearings
  • Provide expert technical advice to line managers on complex disciplinary and misconduct matters
  • Establish and maintain constructive partnerships with recognized Labour Unions and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and timeframes are met in the handling of labor-related cases
  • Monitor the schooling system's adherence to fair labor practices and provincial directives.
