Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Produce painting designs and color schemes according to client specifications
- Execute painting projects using appropriate materials and equipment following recognized standards
- Conduct quality assurance on completed painting work
- Inspect departmental facilities for technical faults or surface deterioration
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various surfaces and structures
- Maintain an updated register of repaired faults and job records
- Provide technical input into operational maintenance plans
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or apprentices
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during production
- Perform administrative tasks including compiling and submitting technical reports
