Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Produce electrical designs and layouts according to client specifications
- Execute electrical installations and projects using specialized equipment and materials
- Conduct quality assurance on all electrical works and produced objects
- Inspect departmental facilities and equipment for electrical faults and compliance
- Repair and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and machinery according to standards
- Test repaired equipment and facilities against technical specifications
- Maintain an accurate register of all repaired faults and job records
- Provide technical input into the unit's operational plans
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and apprentices
- Compile and submit technical reports on work progress and safety audits
