Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Produce brickwork designs according to client specifications and production capabilities
- Execute bricklaying, plastering, and general building production according to recognized standards
- Conduct quality assurance on all completed masonry work
- Inspect departmental facilities for technical faults and structural issues
- Repair and maintain building envelopes and equipment against specifications
- Perform administrative duties including updating fault registers and job records
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and apprentices
- Compile and submit technical reports on maintenance activities
- Stay updated with new masonry technologies and procedures
