Requirements
- 1 to 2 years clerical experience in Organisational Development or Human Resource Management
- Knowledge of PERSAL sub-system and Establishment Certificates
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute departmental efficiency studies to eliminate service delivery waste and optimize work procedures
- Analyze Human Resource reports to refine work processes, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Design departmental forms and reporting templates
- Conduct Job Evaluations (JE) and facilitate the compilation and review of job descriptions
- Maintain a comprehensive job description database and identify gaps in documentation
- Provide technical support for the review, development, and monitoring of the organizational structure
- Synchronize the organizational structure with PERSAL regarding the creation and abolishing of posts
- Facilitate the Organizational Functionality Assessment (OFA) and manage annual reporting requirements
- Assist in developing the Service Delivery Model (SDM)
- Supervise and develop subordinate staff within the unit
