Minimum Qualification

National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Administration, Public Management, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.

Experience Required

2 years in Public Administration and Service Delivery Coordination

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Knowledge of Public Service service delivery improvement frameworks (Batho Pele)
  • Administrative and coordination skills
  • Data collection and analysis for customer surveys
  • Understanding of EXCO Outreach processes
  • Report writing and minute taking
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in administration or a related field
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination or service delivery monitoring is preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of service delivery complaints received by the Office of the Premier
  • Provide technical administrative support for the Project Khaedu deployment programme
  • Assist in the management and coordination of performance evaluations regarding government priority interventions
  • Monitor and track the implementation of resolutions and issues raised during EXCO Outreach programmes
  • Support the coordination and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys to improve provincial service standards
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective operational management of the Directorate.
