Minimum Qualification
National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Administration, Public Management, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Experience Required
2 years in Public Administration and Service Delivery Coordination
Required Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge of Public Service service delivery improvement frameworks (Batho Pele)
- Administrative and coordination skills
- Data collection and analysis for customer surveys
- Understanding of EXCO Outreach processes
- Report writing and minute taking
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in administration or a related field
- Experience in stakeholder coordination or service delivery monitoring is preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of service delivery complaints received by the Office of the Premier
- Provide technical administrative support for the Project Khaedu deployment programme
- Assist in the management and coordination of performance evaluations regarding government priority interventions
- Monitor and track the implementation of resolutions and issues raised during EXCO Outreach programmes
- Support the coordination and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys to improve provincial service standards
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective operational management of the Directorate.
