- Proficiency in DPSA OD Directives, Public Service Act, and Regulations
- Ability to perform business process mapping and benchmarking
- Strong analytical, policy analysis, and report writing skills
- Technical proficiency in PERSAL and MS Office
- Effective facilitation and presentation abilities
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years clerical experience in Organisational Development or Human Resource Management
- Experience with PERSAL sub-system or Establishment Certificates
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide technical support for the compilation and review of job descriptions (JDs)
- Maintain and update a comprehensive job description database system
- Identify undocumented posts and facilitate JD development
- Align departmental JDs with generic coordinated templates
- Coordinate Job Evaluation (JE) services including benchmarking and interview scheduling
- Prepare critical JE documentation such as Post Investment Questionnaires (PIQ)
- Facilitate the alignment of the organizational structure with PERSAL records
- Assist in conducting and reporting on the Organisational Functionality Assessment (OFA)
- Support the development of the Service Delivery Model (SDM) and Business Process Management
- Assist units with the compilation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supervise subordinate human resources
