Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Facilitate the integration of human rights policy principles for priority groups into departmental strategic frameworks and policies
- Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of departmental performance regarding women, youth, and disability programs
- Draft comprehensive compliance reports on human rights mainstreaming and employment equity initiatives
- Oversee the coordination and facilitation of sexual harassment awareness and case management within the department
- Provide technical support in the implementation of gender-responsive budgeting and public finance mainstreaming
- Execute managerial and supervisory functions over administrative units to ensure operational efficiency
