Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer and maintain a highly confidential filing system for all security vetting documentation within the Limpopo Provincial Administration
  • Render comprehensive administrative support services to ensure the efficient operation of the unit
  • Provide dedicated support to the Head of the Unit and staff regarding the coordination and scheduling of vetting operational meetings
  • Facilitate the tracking and retrieval of sensitive records while maintaining strict data integrity
  • Manage meeting logistics including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on departmental action items
