  • Facilitate demand and acquisition clerical functions

  • Receive and verify supplier deliveries against procurement documentation
  • Capture goods and services receipt vouchers into the financial system
  • Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory counts
  • Facilitate the receiving and issuing of stock from the warehouse
  • Manage the 0-9 file and expedite open purchase orders
  • Compile and report on disclosure of commitments
