Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Render comprehensive logistics and inventory management support
- Facilitate demand and acquisition clerical functions
- Provide effective administration of purchase orders and commitments
- Manage the goods receipt process for acquired goods and services
- Receive and verify supplier deliveries against procurement documentation
- Capture goods and services receipt vouchers into the financial system
- Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory counts
- Facilitate the receiving and issuing of stock from the warehouse
- Manage the 0-9 file and expedite open purchase orders
- Compile and report on disclosure of commitments
