Requirements
- Exposure in the field of Supply Chain Management or Stores will be an added advantage
- Previous experience with the LOGIS system is preferred
- Experience in inventory or warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and maintain the institutional inventory database to ensure data accuracy
- Capture and process purchase orders accurately on the LOGIS System
- Manage the physical receiving and issuing of inventory stock items
- Maintain and update the inventory register regularly
- Provide comprehensive clerical support services for inventory management
- Exercise control over stores and warehouse facilities to prevent loss or damage
- Conduct regular stocktaking and verification of assets.
