Minimum Qualification

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide general clerical support services including filing, data capturing, and correspondence management
  • Render Supply Chain Management (SCM) clerical support, such as processing requisitions or monitoring stock
  • Assist with Personnel Administration tasks, including maintaining staff files and leave records
  • Provide basic Financial Administration support, such as preparing payment vouchers or capturing financial data
  • Assist the component with general office management and logistical arrangements for meetings.
