- Provide comprehensive personnel administration including the maintenance of leave and attendance registers
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff members
- Manage financial administration tasks such as monitoring expenditure and handling petty cash
- Verify the accuracy of subsistence and travel (S&T) claims prior to management approval
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient office operations
